As Property Development Assistant you will assist the Head of Development coordinate a diverse portfolio of new and existing sites, ranging from new build to heritage properties. With a tightly managed project schedule, sites will be transformed into vibrant workspaces and destinations for creative businesses and communities. You’ll be responsible for the daily management of development projects under the supervision of the Head of Development. You will manage small to medium development projects involving coordination of internal teams and management of third party consultants. Reporting to the Head of Development, you will report on the progress of construction projects to ensure our buildings are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of design and compliance.
