Who Are You?
You’ll be a genuine and hard-working individual who loves to give your customers a five-star experience they value and remember. You’ll have an attention for detail and some technical skills like accurate typing and confident computer use, yet just as importantly you’ll also be a people person, full of energy and enthusiasm.
Experience working front of house or in a reception, hotel, or salon style experience would be a benefit. However, we also believe if you bring the right attitude, qualities and energy, the rest we can help you with.
The finer details
The position we have available is for 40 hours a week (unfortunately we can’t consider part time at the moment) and will require some flexibility including regular Saturdays.
We believe strongly that dedicated performance is well rewarded and so we offer opportunities to move up through our incentivised salary progression scheme.

The Front Of House Role
- Deliver the highest level of client experience to everyone, as their first point of contact whether face to face, messaging or over the phone
- Assist clients in the booking-in process, following all system and studio requirements
- Answer and direct incoming calls, showing excellent phone manners
- Provide clients with guidance, information and other items as required
- Maintain clear and accurate records of client bookings and messaging
- Assist with maintaining the quality of the facilities to ensure standards are always met
- Making and serving juices to clients using the in-house juice bar facility
The position is fitting you if:
- You are passionate, motivated, and able to work in a busy environment
- Have an excellent command of the English language
- Experience working front of house or a reception role would be a bonus.
- You are very focused on customer service and have a friendly personality
- Sales skills, ability to upsell, confident in communication
- You are able to work a flexible schedule as part of a tight-knit team
- Experience with booking systems is a plus
- Being able to commit to up to 5 scheduled shifts per week: Full Time / Part time will be considered: Able to work on shifts (earliest shift starts at 06:00 AM and latest shift closes at 9:00PM) Weekend 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM
