Executive Assistant FLUENT ITALIAN to CEO and Founder

We are recruiting a professional Executive Assistant with fluent Italian with at least 5 years experience.

The role is varied and will suit a candidate with a strong professional experience and a positive attitude. The position will involve:

· Full diary management;

· Extensive travel arrangements worldwide (flights, cars, hotels);

· Processing of expenses;

· Handling of very confidential and sensitive information;

· Completion of CRM system monthly timesheets;

· Arrange teleconferences, meetings and events with key stakeholders;

We are looking for an applicant with a proven track record for the following qualities:

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment;

· Ability to work with other EAs and independently;

· Very organised and diligent;

· Project management skills;

· Excellent communicator;

· Advance MS Office suite;

· Fluency in Italian
