Fox Morris Group are currently looking for Corporate Estate Manager in the Bedfordshire County Council
The Contract is long-term
Rates negotiable
What the Manager is looking for;
- Experience in residential development
- Knowledge of residential development
- Experience of commercial lettings processes
- knowledge of rural estates
- Have the ability to come to Bedford on the odd occasion
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £400.00-£500.00 per day
Experience:
- Property Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
