Melville Castle is a Picturesque Castle Hotel with 33 bedrooms and is a popular wedding and events destination on the outskirts of Edinburgh. The Castle joined the Original Collection in May 2021 and has been refurbished over the past year with an exciting vision and future ahead. We have a new opportunity for Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team. If you are looking to progress your experience, this might be the role for you.
As well as our culinary offering, Melville Castle is synonymous with the service experience provided and a location that is the first choice for celebrations, dinner, lunch and drinks. With our Herd Steak Restaurant opening in the upcoming months we are looking to grow and inspire our food and beverage offering and are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, people with a can do attitude to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who cares about good food, how and where it’s produced. Someone who’s inspired by and is passionate about amazing customer service.

Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
