Our Store Supervisors are an essential part of our growth, and an excellent opportunity has become available.

Are you an experienced, retail Supervisor with strong leadership skills?
Do you have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service mind-set?
A bit about the responsibilities of the role…
As Store Supervisor you will have responsibility for the day to day running of the store along side the Store Manager, You will be a self-motivated and forward-thinking individual who will both foster client loyalty and expand brand presence.
Examples include:
· Driving and maximising sales performance for increased profitability
· Motivating the team to exceed KPIs
· Representing the company brand in the local market, identifying opportunities for increased footfall
· Compliance with all company logistics, procedures and processes
· Showing confidence, enthusiasm and assertiveness during challenging circumstances
· Demonstrating excellent communication and organizational skills
