The Britannia Wigan is a 124-bedroom hotel that boasts 15 self-contained conference rooms, which can accommodate up to 300 delegates with plenty of space remaining for syndicates. The hotel also boasts its very own on-site restaurant and lounge bar. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Restaurant Attendant onto the team.
As Restaurant Attendant, you will be required to:
Set up of restaurant, service food and clear tables.
Explain and advise guests of products and services.
Clear and re-set tables.
Ensure that adequate glassware, crockery and other items are ready for each shift.
Take and serve drink orders.
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service.
