This role will focus on:
Please note this is for 37.5 hours per week with a rotating shift pattern of 6am - 2pm Mon - Thurs and Fri 6am - 11:30am and then 2pm - 10pm Mon - Thurs and 11:30am - 5pm Fri (shift premium is added for later shift) All training will be given in house for all technical elements of the role.

Ensuring compliance with the Company Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability Policies reporting any potentially dangerous issues/faults to your direct Team Leader or Production Manager including but not limited to maintaining a safe and clean work environment

To ensure quality products are produced in the required quantity, on time, and at the lowest possible cost, in a manner in keeping with the Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures of the company

Demonstrate a positive attitude to training and personal development

Monitor the performance of the process ensuring maximum output is achieved at all times

Carry out and document the correct quality control checks for each job performed, completing all production paperwork

Work as a team to ensure departmental targets, company targets and customer deadlines are achieved
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Manufacturing background and understanding of manufacturing process
-
Commercial experience in a similar role.

Basic IT skills – This is helpful as you will be using our in house IT software (which you will be given full training on)

Experience of picking and packing
-
Quality Inspection - Measuring fittings produced to drawing specifications.

Experience of working as part of team

Counterbalance FLT license is advantageous although not essential.
