Reports to: Operation Scheduler Team Leader
Hours: Core hours 40 hours per week
Job purpose
Reporting into the Team Leader, you will ensure that jobs are allocated to our Private Ambulance crew s in an efficient and effective manner taking into account travelling distance and productivity of those teams.
Key Responsibilities

Managing our collections and deliveries across England and Wales

Producing routes, tasks and documentation for our Private Ambulance Crew

Ensuring that each scheduled route is optimised for efficiency and customer service.

Acting as a first point of contact for the Private Ambulance Crew to query instructions and plan deviations

Enter details into our CRM system of all activities planned.

Analyse future requirements and work with our Funeral arrangers to ensure we are maximising operational efficiency.
About you

High level of attention to detail and have the ability to problem solve.

Ability to priorities and manage your own time .

Excellent communicator

IT literate and Geographically aware

Previous scheduling experience is would be a bonus.
