Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Description

• Duties:
• Experience with QuickBooks
• · Day-to-day basic bookkeeping
• • Intermediate Excel is needed
• 941 and EDD semi-monthly deposit, quarterly reports, and 940 annual reports and filings
• W2 and 1099 filing
• Monthly reconciliation, Balance sheets, P&L
• Need to be available immediately to work onsite in Union City for about 3 months+ ( $25.00 - $30.00/hr)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

• Union City, CA 94587: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
