Job Description:
Improving our marketing plan, generating, nurturing, and converting leads. The ideal candidate will then focus on advertising property on Facebook to generate buyer leads, generating vendors leads through Facebook and google so understanding the mechanics of these platforms will be paramount.
They will be responsible for managing all our social media activities- ideally not be shy of getting in front of the camera.
Ideally, we would like the candidate to learn more about all aspect of the business including dealing with tenants and landlords enquiries and their journey from the point they make the first contact to the point we complete the transaction.
They will also help improve our customer journey including automating all communications and improving all relevant areas that may be required.
Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
- Setting up and managing Facebook and google adverts.
- Studying the performance of these adverts and improving them where necessary.
- Improving the customer journey.
- Business Admin.
- Answering telephone calls.
Qualifications:
- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

- Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
- Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
- Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
