About us:

TT Media is a London - based TikTok focused growth hacking agency specialising in TikTok commerce. We help and empower our clients to maximise their business on TikTok.

As an Official TikTik Shop Partner, we provide end-to-end comprehensive TikTok marketing services from livestream selling management, TikTok video production, TikTok paid media promotion and TikTok Shop management.

Purpose of the role:

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and build new business for the company. This candidate will have strong communication skills and business sensitivity. They should be able to think critically and creatively when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Job Description:

· Generates new business through identifying sales leads and opportunities

· Pitching services and solutions to prospective Customers

· Building and executing new business plans for a given customer segment

· Identifying and engaging with new prospects to gain an understanding of their specific challenges and needs

· Thinking creatively when planning to assure project success

· Meeting with customers face to face, over the phone, virtually or in writing

· Developing and building sustainable long-term relationships with customers while maintaining existing business

· Working with team to ensure communication of best practices in areas such as new business pitches, business generation and customer support

· Identifying potential customer pain points/needs/challenges and accurately positioning and providing solutions to them

· Working to continually refine processes and procedures related to marketing and business development operations

· Representing the organisation and attending meetings if and where required

· Writing business proposal, drafting and reviewing Customer Contracts

· Achieving revenue targets, proactively responding to inbound enquiries, and self-generated leads based on market and product understanding

· Working as a pro-active member with high energy and positivity

· Any other admin and general tasks come along (flexible)

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
