We are looking for a friendly and reliable admin assistant who can work on their own initiative, timeously and with good communication skills who will enjoy being part of a friendly and dedicated team. Working alongside the Fleet Engineer, you will be responsible for performing general office tasks and the daily collection and distribution of personal and engineering related data.
Your Duties and Responsibilities:

Consolidate and report on fuel usage

Distribute vehicle maintenance schedule documents on our new EAMS system

Upkeep personal employment records while observing GDPR protocols

Complete and relay of working hours and wages information
-
Produce letters, memorandums, and safety bulletins
-
Update service, cleaning and KPI information

Compile, send and receive emails to company and outside parties

Take minutes at internal meetings
Training and Qualifications:
You should ideally be able to show experience in the following:

Work competently with spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel

Work competently with Microsoft Word
-
Ability to work with electronic and paper filing systems
