Responsibilities:
As a Classroom Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching staff to create a positive and engaging learning environment for our students. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons, ensuring that students' individual needs are met

Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance

Helping to maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment

Assisting with classroom management and behaviour management strategies

Collaborating with teachers to create and implement educational activities
-
Supporting students during group work and independent study

Assisting with the preparation of teaching materials and resources

Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers
Requirements:

A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning journey

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students

A flexible and adaptable approach to work

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Basic knowledge of educational practices and principles

Experience working with children in an educational setting (desirable)
