Why we need you?
As a Dispatch Supervisor within the group, you will be expected to maintain the day-to-day running of the collections & loading process , whilst ensuring maximum service and profitability for the business is met. While you will be expected to uphold our core values and key performance indicators, it’s vitally important that we nurture and develop your skills should you wish to progress within the group. We certainly want you to own your area of responsibility so a can do, lead by example approach is a must. You will be involved in everything from staffing, maintaining safe & timely loading & offloading processes, offloading of the night trunks and reloading of the sameday delivery services, management & liaising with other department heads, whilst reporting directly to your Warehouse Manager.

- Pallet Scanning
- Safe & Timely pallet offloading & reloading.
- Discrepancy recharge
- Stock Damage Reporting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £30,000.00 per year
