Job Description
We are a growing Aesthetics Training Academy seeking a talented and creative Social Media Assistant to join our team. As a Social Media Assistant, you will be responsible for managing our social media channels and creating content during our training days.
Main Responsibilities:
- Take Photos & Videos of our trainees and clients during our clinics
- Create TikToks and Reels of our training days and researching trending videos
- Manage and upload posts and stories to Instagram and Facebook
- Creating content using Canva
- Basic Video Editing using iPhone Apps
- Meet & greet clients and trainees
- Manage & create spreadsheets
- Update and monitor Analytics for growth
Requirements:
- Previous social media experience within a professional setting or qualifications in this field.
- Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Canva, and video editing tools.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of social media trends and marketing techniques.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organisational skills. Must be able to work under pressure. We are looking for someone proactive who can take on the role and make it their own.

The candidate will be required to work Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm in our Exeter Training Academy & Clinic. There is not an opportunity for remote work unfortunately.
