Salary: £12.89 per hour

Here at Atherstone, we have a team of around 580 colleagues. We produce Sandwiches, Wraps, Rolls, Bircher pots and Toasties for some of the biggest retailers in the UK including Starbucks, Aldi, Café Nero and the Munch brand sold in WH Smith travel outlets.
What you'll be doing -
Responsible for the daily start-up and overseeing of the machinery throughout the day and reporting faults where necessary. Ensuring the correct labels are printed and used to maintain our high standards.
You will be regularly completing all compliance checks including date and code verification checks, following all compliance controls, risk assessments and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) to ensure that all your colleagues including yourself are working in a safe environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the relevant quality checks are performed and that any issues regarding quality or food safety are raised immediately.
You will be working within a close-knit, hard-working and very fun team.

- Good numeracy and English Language skills both verbal and written
- Can demonstrate working in a safe manner and to good H&S practices
- Accurate and pays attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible
- Willingness to work in a chilled environment
- Relevant experience is desirable
