As a Superintendent, you will be able to demonstrate a breath of experience as either a Chief Inspector or Superintendent across multiple areas of responsibility. You will be an accomplished senior leader who has a genuine desire to lead, motivate and inspire those around you promoting workforce wellbeing and professional standards to enhance the performance of your team.
If you're the person we're looking for, you'll be able to demonstrate:
- Evidence of improving organisational performance and outcomes for the public
- An understanding of the strategic aims and objectives of the organisation and translating this into tactical delivery for your teams.
- Develop, manage and maintain strategic relationships with local and regional partners, effectively influencing and collaborating to enable the achievement of local objectives.
- Ability to successfully lead people through change to accomplish organisational aims
- As an inclusive leader you will understand the importance of valuing difference and will be able to evidence you contribution to building diverse and inclusive teams for the benefit of the communities we serve
- The business acumen to develop resource and budget plans, in line with force priorities
- Your contribution to the development of culture, and working processes to ensure adherence to standards, and the promotion of accountability and continuous improvement.
We currently have 2 opportunities available (Partnerships) & (Specialist Operations) however this may change depending on the outcomes of the current Chief Superintendent process.
