Job Description
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and an understanding of the hospitality industry. Responsibilities include mixing drinks, serving customers, and keeping the bar area clean and organized. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and answer questions about the menu.
- Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Check identification of customers to ensure they are of legal drinking age.
- Ensure all customers are served in a timely manner.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Working within the Bar and Restaurant team, you will assist with day-to-day operations, creating a cocktail experience, and providing prompt, friendly, personalised service to our guests.
- Create moments of delight for our guests, welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner and wowing them during their visit.
- Prepare and serve a range of perfectly brewed coffee-based drinks using manual and automatic grinders and pressers.
Our Requirements
- Idieally 1 year of previous related experience
- Eager to learn new skills and support the broader team
- Legal right to work in the UK
- At least 18 years old.
