THE ROLE
As a Kitchen Assistant you will:
- Help our chef team by preparing basic dishes
- Help your Head Chef during service
- Make sure the kitchen is always ready for service
- Play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission of becoming the UK’s favourite Italian
- Ensure every customer leaves happy, wanting to return

Located within the stylish Marshalls Yard shopping centre in the centre of Gainsborough and within easy reach of the rail station. Prezzo Gainsborough is a great place to escape the bustle of the shoppers in its busy town centre location, guests can enjoy a relaxing dining experience in sleek, sophisticated surroundings.
