Primary Responsibilities

IT equipment management – purchasing, configuration, deployment, shipment, etc.

Local and remote user support.

On- and off-boarding user and device processes support.

Jamf device management

Office 365 and applications deployment, management, and support.

MacOS/iOS deployment, management, and support.

Windows knowledge considers as strong advantage.
