Job Description
Responsibilities: Processing orders via email or telephone; Checking stock data with the orders and invoices; Contacting clients and customers to update order information, gathering fe missing information; Answering enquiries by email and telephone; Liaising with other teams and suppliers to ensure that the order will be delivered timely; Updating the customers, sales record; Producing monthly and quarterly sales report; Resolving customers' complaints; Assisting other teams in developing sales strategies and plans to ensure that the sales target wi Keeping up-to-date with the new products, market trends, and special features that can attract the customers; Being able to communicate with customers in English and other language Punjabi, Urdu will be a plus.
