Job Summary
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with our strategic accounts in the United Kingdom & North America, along with providing support to the Trade Marketing team on all commercial and marketing activities to support the growth of those key markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Build & achieve sales targets for key strategic accounts within the region, taking responsibility for category and range development.-
Forecast and communicate monthly deviations to target as well as any implications or actions needed.

Document and keep updated retailer brand plans, including any NPD launches and negotiate 360 marketing activities in partnership with the Trade Marketing team.

Monitor healthy level of stock across all retailers, with strong sell in vs sell out analytics data

Monitor brand image & accuracy of assets on E-retailers and Pure Players platforms, ensuring our customers have a seamless omnichannel journey.

Planning pre-sales of NPD launches and providing all information (New Launch Forms), and 360 brand assets to retailers.

Constantly build best-in-class relationships with all retail partners & conduct successful commercial monthly meetings relating to building strong plans, secure new launches, always providing 360 support on all touch points (social, online, training and in-store visibility), and review business updates.

Build a profitable & ROI driven joint business plan with your key accounts

Record monthly retail sales data and extract relevant information to identify key growth factors & provide recommendations to sales challenges.

Regular retail visit of key account doors, to ensure strong presence, best-in-class merchandising and training, as well as building excellent relationships with the management team.

Support in organising product training both in store and remotely, online for our key accounts.

Actively look for new business opportunities across countries while ensuring this supports the brand wholesale strategic priorities, and driving the brand growth in a sustainable way.
Key Skills:
English Speaking essential, French desirable-
3-5 years of proven success in account management within the beauty industry, with management experience.
