Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that the bar area is organized with the necessary equipment and ingredients for full service

Ensure that the bar is always restocked for the full service

Ensure that your team have the proper product knowledge
-
Order stock according to requirements
-
Ensure that all drinks are made with the required standards
-
Ensure that all guests are well looked after when dining on bar
-
To maintain a clean and tidy bar

To conduct oneself impeccably
-
To deal with any issues bar related
-
Prepare customer drinks on bar/restaurant dining

Ensure the order of any/all ingredients required for tomorrows service

Ensure low wastage levels of products

Prepare daily and weekly reports
-
Ensure any products disposed of if going out of date

Please note that due to the nature of the industry, you will be required to work on a shift basis on a rota basis. Only successful candidates will be contacted for an interview/voluntary trial shift.
