X3 Civil / Structural Engineers

Thanks to a continually increasing workload through our partnership with industry leading clients across the business we are looking to appoint 3 civil / structural engineers to our EPC division across the North of England. These roles are integral to the delivery of a large new project starting in the Cleckheaton office but will also contribute to the long-term growth of the EPC offering. There is great opportunity for development and progression as well as working alongside a multi-discipline team of engineers at the forefront of their sector.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
- Carry out civil and structural design work in line with client and project requirements. Design work will be carried out from initial concept work through to detailed design and build.
- Carry out site surveys and client visits as required to assess the needs of the project, develop scope of works and integrate with other teams.
- Work alongside other disciplines to develop the design in keeping with the needs of other services and equipment.
- Work closely with both client teams and sub-contractors / main contractors.
The EPC division of Engenda Group provide Engineering Consultancy services in Project management, Construction Management, Process Engineering, & Engineering Design for: Instrument, Electrical, Mechanical, Piping, Civil and Structural. For Contractors –
We will be offering industry leading rates of pay – dependent on experience. The role has been assessed as ‘outside IR35’ for Ltd company workers but we can also accommodate PAYE or Umbrella workers. This will be a long-term assignment which can lead onto further projects for the right people.
What we are looking for in you –
- Degree qualified, preferably with chartered status.
- 7+ years’ experience within civil / structural design.
- Experience of site surveys and client interaction.
- Experience of working within chemical, oil & gas or process sectors would be preferable but not essential, as would top tier COMAH knowledge.
