Working as part of the team
The MIS & Exams Team are very proud to support Northampton College’s culture of high standards, an inclusive working and
learning environment, and a professional committed workforce who are focussed on supporting our students to achieve the best
they possibly can.
The postholder will be required to co-ordinate, administer and understand the MIS & Exams function, ensuring compliance with
statutory procedures, current funding methodology, College policy and departmental guidelines. They will ensure all student
data and funding information is accurate, reliable and accessible, and provide a high quality, customer-focussed, professional
service, by liaising and working effectively with other College staff, attending meetings and focus groups. They will be required
to actively develop new systems and processes, improve efficiency and provide effective support and training to colleagues and
allocated curriculum areas.
