A rare opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Car Sales Manager for two of our popular brands in Devon.
We are offering an OTE salary of £90,000, plus company car, plus a fantastic relocation package of £15k.
This role is based in Britain's Ocean City, recently voted the UK's most underrated destination, with multiple beaches and Dartmoor close by.
Key responsibilities:

Leading two teams of Sales Executives

The ability to deliver industry leading customer experience to ensure our customers return and stay with the brand

Daily management of your teams activity, and lead management. Putting in place measurement resources to ensure maximum conversion into appointments and sales

Working closely with the Group Assistant Sales director and marketing team to maximize our market share in our AOI

Managing and sourcing new and used vehicles from acquisition to allocation.

Running promotions and sale events.

Building a strategy by setting and reviewing targets for the business and auditing the results.

General management of all aspects of compliance within the sales department
About you:
We are looking for a talented Car Sales Manager with experience within the motor industry.
You will be motivated by increasing sales performance, profitability and leading your team to their success.
You will also need to demonstrate your leadership and people management skills and how you share our company values.
Hours of Work
41.5 hours per week (8.30am to 6.00pm over 4 week-days & 8.30am to 5.00pm on a Saturday)
Salary & Benefits
Up to £85,000 per annum based on KPIs.
