Job Description
This part-time role is key to providing a reliable and pro-active administration function and plays an important role in The RG8 Facilities Co continued success. It requires a confident individual with plenty of administration experience and data entry as well as general office procedures.
We are flexible around how the part-time week could be structured, although our preference would be that the successful candidate would work a shorter day, 3 days per week to include a Monday.
Being a relatively small organisation with a global reach, and a challenging ambition, this is the right environment for someone who has an ability to deal with many, sometimes competing, tasks.
Role Overview for:
1. Accurate data entry
2. Effective office administration/logistics.
Provide additional support as required to the Finance Manager.
Additional duties include:
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and own re-ordering processes.
- Ensure a clean and tidy office environment.
- Manage social calendar including celebration of staff birthdays and other special occasions.
- Help organise specific meetings inside and outside of the office.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support as needed to staff.
- Manage outgoing and incoming post.
- Manage changes and updates.
- Responding to ad hoc queries.
The employee may be required to undertake such other tasks and responsibilities as may be directed, from time to time, by the line manager that are consistent with the nature of the job described above.
