We currently have full time opportunities for Customer Service Advisors to join our Contact Centre team. The role is the first point of contact for our customers, and you can look forward to having rewarding, problem solving conversations with customers every single day. This is a key role in leading our company-wide drive to deliver customer service excellence, if you have what it takes to help us deliver then we want to hear from you.
What we are looking for from you:
We are looking for someone from a customer focused environment, either service telephony or face to face based.
Excellent communication skills are key to being successful in this role, with the ability to interact with people of all ages and backgrounds. You will use your empathy and people skills to be able to diffuse difficult conversations.
You will also have the commitment to getting it right the first time by resolving queries professionally and competently. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Offices packages is also required.
While the role is home based, during your induction you will be required to work from our Group offices in Worcester or Solihull to attend training.
