Our beautiful 74-bedded home is spread across 3 floors, and our lively team supports the vibrant community of residents to enjoy everything from music rooms and a beauty salon to peaceful lounge and courtyard areas. As a Receptionist at our home, your role may involve:
- Undertaking any necessary training
- Updating the visiting booking system
- Answering telephone calls in a professional manner
- Opening the door to all visitors
- Maintaining high standards within the care home environment
- Working flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents’ needs are met
