JOB DESCRIPTION:
Little or no experience needed as we have a Kitchen Manager who will invest the time in you to mould you into the perfect Kitchen Assistant. Chance to progress to Trainee Chef for the right candidate. Many of his protégées are now Head Chefs throughout Weymouth. All our Head Chef looks for is someone that is reliable, hungry to learn and passionate.
The Three Chimneys Smokehouse and Grill is located in The Jubilee Hotel. Dining here is all about the experience; the atmosphere, the aromas and above all, the mouth-watering flavours. Our house Rubs are treated to our secret recipe and cooked low and slow in our smoking ovens. We serve fresh local produce, and a good selection of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks. We are also very popular for our scrumptious Sunday Carvery.

Day to day duties consist off-
· Washing up.
· Keeping the kitchen clean.
· Helping to run kitchen operations under the guidance of the Head Chef.
· Completing Daily Compliance and Health and Safety Checklists.
· Assisting with food preparation under the guidance of the Head Chef.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has worked in a similar role before, but no experience is required as full training will be given to the right candidate.
A Driving License is a plus.
