Prince Albert is a thriving Young's pub in an enviable location facing bustling Battersea Park. We're just a few minutes from Kings Road and 15 minutes from Clapham Junction or Sloane Square. Spread over 2 floors we have a garden and outdoor seating, a large bar/restaurant and a fabulous upstairs function room. We pride ourselves on our excellent British food and are well known for our Sunday Roasts and varied seasonal menu. Our client base is very varied, meaning no two days are the same. We are a hardworking but fun-loving group, constantly striving for excellence. Neil and the management team have high standards but offer support and training and reward hard work and commitment. There is always excellent service charge and added incentive programs to encourage healthy competition!!

What we look for in a Commis Chef:
We are looking for an existing Commis Chef, an excellent Kitchen Porter or an individual looking for their next step to their hospitality career, who consider themselves to have a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome. As the successful Commis Chef you will:
- Be an active hands-on person with a passion to work hard as part of a team

Show willingness to learn new skills; be an active team player with excellent communication skills

Working alongside your kitchen team; you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to deliver top quality service
