Want to be part of an exciting, inspirational and forward thinking team at one of Swansea's most outstanding, iconic and unique venues?
We are looking for experienced chefs to come and join our incredible team at the newly relaunched The Secret Beach Bar and Kitchen - part of The Secret Hospitality Group.
The Secret is a well established, modern and relaxed beach front venue which is constantly buzzing with tourists, locals, dog owners, families and friendship groups, all enjoying the food The Secret has to whilst taking in the view.
In keeping with our brand, we use fresh, local ingredients to create modern British dishes full of flavour and vibrance. We serve breakfast, brunch, lunch, and evening meals. All made to order in our exposed kitchen.
We currently have 4 venues;
The Secret Beach Bar and Kitchen, The Green Room Bar and Kitchen, The Lighthouse and the latest addition - Verdi's. We have opportunities at each location.
All of our venues serve freshly cooked, high quality food using only the freshest local ingredients. Each venue has a slightly different vibe but there is a consistency across all 3 venues of a modern, well cooked, fresh dishes whether it be breakfast, brunch, pizzas or pancakes!
Our chosen candidates will enjoy working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of our busy kitchen. Our menu is changed regularly by our Development Chef who works with the team to consistently provide high quality food in a timely manner. You must share our love of fresh ingredients, have a passion for flavours and a can-do attitude.

Salary: £11.50-£13 per hour dependant on position and experience.

Although this is for a CDP role at The Secret, we are looking for several chefs to join our expanding team across our venues with varying start dates. We would love to hear from you whether you have years of experience or are just starting out.
