You will be providing a vital service, working closely with the support team and people we support to ensure they are able to attend appointments and actively engage in events within the community. You will be responsible for the vehicle we will provide for you including the safety, cleanliness and maintenance as well as managing efficient routes, ensuring people are picked up and dropped off at the time and place requested. You will be an integral part of the Achieve together team, contributing to a culture of open communication and constructive feedback with team members.
