Job Description
Fraser Edwards are currently working with a Commercial Refurbishment Contractor, undertaking complete refurbishment and maintenance works across Hertfordshire and North London.
Due to expansion and additional contracts wins, our client is looking for their next Contract manager to join the team.
The Role:
- This role will be managing refurbishment and maintenance contracts across corporate buildings, leisure parks and schools.
- Control all aspects of the production including Financial, Operational, and H&S on a site to deliver contracted objectives.
- Ensuring programme (contract and target) is progressed to time, quality, specification, and budget.
- Ensure the appropriate production and application of procurement schedules to maximise financial and operational benefits.
- Ensure material schedules are completed.
- Being a key contributor to the success of the business.
- Being a brand ambassador for our client’s values.
- Working closely with the Company’s Directors, you will be a key influencer in decision making.
- Develop relationships with colleagues and mentor them in growing their skills in support of growth targets.
- You will have profit and loss decision making responsibilities and be involved in shaping not only the future of this contract, but the businesses wider growth.
Responsibilities:
- H&S and welfare of your team.
- Responsible for P&L budgeting, implementation and performance.
- Implement process for contract performance and strategic growth.
- Reporting and analysing on contract performance – Contract KPIs and Business performance targets.
- Build, develop, shape, mentor and lead the delivery team including supply chain partners.
Essential:
- Previous Contract Management Experience
- Full Driving Licence
