Are you looking for a new challenge - we are seeking Room Service Servers to join our In Room Dining Team.
You will also assist with providing a variety of services to our guests, such as picnics in the estate or boat, poolside dining in the summer, and Japanese cuisine in our restaurant as well as room service.
The Room Service team are always just a telephone call away, around the clock, providing a wide selection of food and beverage options delivered to the comfort of guests’ rooms or elsewhere in the hotel.
Your responsibilities will include taking, communicating and serving guests’ orders, having excellent knowledge of menu items to make personalised suggestions to guests, preparing appropriate mise en place, ensuring standards of service are maintained at all times, delivering the orders, anticipating guest needs and accurately closing guest checks.

Salary: £23,100.96 pa (on target earnings) - plus service charge
Hours: 40 hours per week over 5 days. AM shifts are 6.30am - 3pm, 10am - 6.30pm or 2.30pm - 11pm.
