We have an exciting opportunity available for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our expanding team at our well-established and growing Main Contractor Construction Company based in Corby Northamptonshire.

The Sales & Marketing Assistant role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our Sales and Marketing team at an exciting time for our expanding business.

Main responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing Assistant include:

  • Email marketing
  • Using of sales related software/portals
  • Generating and processing new sales leads as necessary.
  • Administering sales information into an easily readable format.
  • Monitoring and supporting the sales team in ensuring they are on track with sales goals.
  • Providing any necessary data and reports to the Sales & Marketing team.
  • Arranging appointments with clients for the Sales & Marketing team.
  • Ensuring all contact information is up to date for clients.
  • Taking on all necessary administrative work to include; filing reports or presenting Sales & Marketing team with necessary documents
  • Assisting with market research requirements.
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager with any requirements.
  • Creating marketing material such as case studies and sales packs.
  • Monitoring all social media accounts.
  • Posting and engaging on all social media accounts.
  • Working closely with the business ensuring that all processes and procedures are standardised and aligned across the business.

Our ideal Sales & Marketing Assistant will have the below skills and experience:

  • People Person
  • Time Oriented
  • Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Good Computer Literacy
  • Good knowledge of social media - especially LinkedIn
