Overview:
Job Title: Female Waking Nights Support Worker
Location: Leicester, Earl Shilton
Salary: £10.70 per hour dependant on NVQ Qualifications
Hours: Full time
For genuine occupational reasons we are looking to appoint a female candidate only (exemption under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9)
Aspirations are looking for a self- motivated, caring individual to be responsible for the security and safety of our supported living premises, which is home to adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues and Autism.
Working overnight, you will be there to provide support during the night, this could be emotional support during a crisis, to have a chat over a cup of tea or just be a friendly face to give reassurance. You will also ensure the property is safe and secure and to complete security checks throughout the night.
Duties include:

Offer support with morning routines.

Keep areas clean and tidy and remove any hazards.

Remain awake over night to maintain care and support as required.

complete all paperwork as required.

To ensure the safety and wellbeing of individuals overnight.

Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met and to protect the adults rights to live safely and free from abuse or neglect.
Skills and Experience required:

Ability to communicate well with the rest of the staff team.
