Lorry driver? Early riser? Why not come and join our Refuse & Recycling crews. We are looking to recruit a number of motivated, committed and enthusiastic Class 2 HGV Drivers
Key responsibilities are set out within the job profile, but successful applicants will;
- be responsible for driving duties associated with the Refuse/Recycling services associated with collection, delivery and transportation duties involving vehicles weighing 7.5 tonnes and above.
- have responsibility for the supervision, direction and safety for their assigned crew.
- need to work co-operatively across services areas.
- need an understanding of the geographical area of Carmarthenshire.
- need to be amenable to the use of new in cab technology and able to manually fill out daily driver reports.
- need to be flexible and available to work outside of normal hours, weekends and Bank Holidays if necessary.
