Who you’ll be working with

As a Graduate Applications Consultant, you will be working within Applications Management Services (AMS) across a huge spectrum of challenges. In this role, you will provide IT consultancy expertise that will transform how our clients conduct their day-to-day business.

Your Role

You will:

  • Support live systems and applications
  • Support Capgemini’s clients with answering queries, resolving issues and incidents in accordance with agreed SLAs and providing best practice where required
  • You may also be expected to work on requests for changes and enhancements - always seeking to exceed client expectations

Your Profile
A bachelor’s degree
  • Communication and customer service skills
  • Someone who enjoys solving problems and using their technical & analytical skills
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to train on the service management career path
  • A genuine enthusiasm for technology, and the transformational impact it can have

Note: You will have lived in the UK for the last five years with no more than 6 months out of the country (in order to meet security clearance requirements). You should be flexible in your approach to work and willing to travel to Capgemini and client sites.
