SS Convenience Distribution is a goods distribution business, based in North London. We are located near Wembley stadium and have good connectivity with public transport (10 min walk from Wembley Park Underground).
We specialise in distributing car care products and other petrol station goods. We have also recently branched into wholesale distribution of convenience store goods. We are an office team of 5 and are looking for someone to fill in for one of our staff.
Job Role
You will have 2 main roles at our company:
You will be calling our customers throughout the day and taking their orders into our software. You will also be handling incoming calls and transferring the call to the right person.
Maintaining Cash book, Printing, copying, scanning, filing documents.
We are looking for someone proficient in English (Gujarati/Hindi/Tamil speaking is a bonus) and who is computer literate.
Full training will be provided but, it is necessary to have a basic understanding of:
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
- Printing, copying, scanning, filing
Desirable knowledge:
- Sage 50 Accounts software
- Any experience with invoicing
- Any experience with customer service
You will be reporting to the office manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking orders and entering invoices in our systems.
- Scanning of PODs and filing them correctly.
- Replying to customer queries via e-mail or phone.
- Entering records of cash flow in our cashbook database.
- Ad-hoc office duties.
