Here at GXO we are looking for Warehouse Forklift Operatives to join us at our Bromford gate site (B24 8DW) in Birmingham.
This is a full-time permanent role - working 43 hours per week any 5 of 7, between 16:00 - 01:00.

You will receive a salary of £25,110 with a night shift allowance of £3,306.96-

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Receiving, checking a range of products entering the warehouse-
Picking, packing shipping orders

Relocating products using forklift truck, pump trucks and PPT

Manual Handling to include lifting at height, loading and unloading goods and outsize items

Working towards an average pick / pack rate target

Adhering to site policy and procedures whilst maintaining efficient operations
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Reach or Counterbalance FLT licence are essential

Understand health and safety issues relating to a warehouse environment

Able to work flexibly and on own initiative
- Remaining focused under pressure in a time sensitive environment
