About the role
Support Workers make up a third of our workforce and play a key role in helping the charity to achieve our vision and mission statements. As a Support Worker, you will provide flexible solutions for older people and their carers, assisting with the little things that make a big difference to their lives. This role includes:
- Companionship
- Household cleaning
- Prescription collections
- Shopping trips
- Travelling with clients to and from activities and appointments
Each support package is tailored to each of our client’s needs and we provide as much or as little support as requested, ensuring our clients maintain their independence.
