We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Assistant at OBU Headington Cafe Central.
Location: Oxford Brookes
Rate of pay: £11.35 per hour
Working pattern: Flexible
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve all beverages in a timely manner and to the CH&CO standard.
- To assist with food preparation in kitchen to the CH&CO standard as required
- To set up service counters for service and keep the service areas clean, tidy and presentable in line with the CH&CO standards.
• Clean and wash up all equipment, kitchen and service areas to comply with cleaning schedules.• Under the guidance of the GM / AGM ensure that merchandising at service counters and dining areas have products correctly priced, labelled and in date.
- Work with colleagues to maintain food availability during service periods.
