Job Description
The Bridge Hotel in Greenford is on the hunt for hotel team member primarily to work on Reception. Officially you’ll be known as a Guest Service Assistant (GSA) and you’ll be a people person, focused on giving great customer service. This full time role comes with a competitive salary of £21,924 plus great benefits.
Experience is welcomed but not essential. Our priority is finding someone who can be a friendly, reliable team player. As well as working on Reception, you will be expected to help out in other areas of the hotel - from pulling the occasional pint in the pub, to helping out with the function suites, so you'll be someone who's happy to multitask and turn their hand to what's needed during their shift.
To be successful in the role, you'll need to be comfortable talking to our guests, confident using a computer, have good phone manners and be a team player. As the position may require you to work in the bar, we kindly request applicants from over-18s only.
