Nightingale Healthcare solutions are an independent private health care provider with a close network of employees and customer base. We work closely with many care homes, care providers, and local authorities in Plymouth and the surrounding areas to supply them with HCA’s, Support Workers, RGN’s to fill shortages in staffing.
Purpose of the Role:
We are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants, Seniors, Support Workers, and RGN's here at Nightingale Healthcare Solutions. If you have experience and have a passion for healthcare, you may be the person we are looking for to join our fast-growing team! We work with various care homes across Devon & Cornwall looking for support and we need to recruit experienced staff to help us meet their needs.
As a busy nursing agency covering all of Devon, Cornwall and we are expanding rapidly, we are looking for experienced staff from all backgrounds to join our team.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Personal care.
Perform light housekeeping tasks,
Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning, and movement of clients.
Observe, monitor, and record clients’ physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes to senior staff.
Encourage clients to participate in social and recreational activities.
Care Assistant Skills
Caring
Reliable & Flexible
Good communication skills, verbal and written
DBS required (can be processed by us)
Drivers preferred but not necessary
NVQ not required (NVQ training can be provided)
