Pathway Education are looking for a Primary teacher with a proven track record of outstanding teaching and learning and pupil progress. We are recruiting for a “Outstanding” rated primary school located in Medway the two-form entry, forward-thinking school is looking for an inspirational Primary Teacher that can create a positive learning environment and ensure pupil academic and social progress. All class teachers are supported by a full-time class TA.
The school is offering extra TLR responsibilities and pay progression opportunities for outstanding candidates. Suitable Primary Teacher Candidates:
· Display a real passion for teaching with a proven track record of outstanding teaching and learning.
· Has previous experience teaching KS1/KS2. With a sound understanding of the primary national curriculum and SATs exams.
· Are dynamic, creative, confident, resilient and a team player.
· Can use positive behaviour management strategies, assessment for learning and are a reflective practitioner.
