Administration and Marketing Officer: Home-Start Staffordshire Moorlands

Hours: 20 hrs per week
Salary: NJC Scale 12-20 (£24,496 - £28,371 pro rata)
Permanent contract dependent on future funding.
Home-Start Staffordshire Moorlands have an exciting opportunity to join our small team committed to providing support to families across the Moorlands, responding to the challenge of the post-pandemic period, current recession and beyond.
We are seeking a motivated, flexible and organised individual with a problem-solving approach and with experience of both administration and publicity / marketing work with knowledge of working with data to product impact statistics and graphics.
The Administration and Marketing Officer will undertake a range of tasks which are pivotal to the success of our organisation. They will provide the first point of contact by telephone, email and in person at the office; provide administration support to the team as well as contributing to a whole team approach. Confident with producing and sharing social media content they will also be responsible for updating our website and producing publicity material for volunteers, events and for families using our services. They will play a key role in producing high quality impact reports to share the impact of our services to families and children in the district.
