Salary of £23,059 with £3,100 bonus, pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services

Join us as a Parts Advisor – on a daily basis you will serve our internal and external customers in a timely manner, giving them effective advice based on your personal knowledge of products.
What does the role of Parts Advisor involve?
- Work within the parts department, serving internal and external customers, providing advice on products and parts available to them
- Uphold the correct implementation of pricing structures
- Work closely with the Parts Leader to monitor stock control
- Complete all paperwork and requisitions accordingly, at all times maintaining a secure environment
What do you need to succeed as a Parts Advisor?
- Full UK manual driving licence desirable not essential
- Parts experience desirable not essential, customer service experience a must, be able to demonstrate your understanding of products to customers and internal departments
- Experience working alone as well as in a team
- Organisation/admin/computer systems experience
