A great opportunity has arisen in Fleetwood for an experienced Sales Ledger / Credit Controller to join a business for a period of three months. If you are immediately available and are skilled in this area, I would love to hear from you! The role will be a key support to the Credit Control Manager and you will be responsible for assisting in bringing backlogs up to date. The role will suit someone who can think on their feet and has a good understanding of the accounting function.
Duties will include:
- Allocating cash
- Raising credits
- Chasing overdue debts
- Reconciliations
- Providing statements
- Checking VAT has been included
- Producing invoices
- Assisting with improving backlogs
Your profile:
- Previous experience working within Sales Ledger & Credit Control
- Excellent communication skills and able to build rapport quickly with key customers
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, experience working with NetSuite would be an advantage
- Adaptable and willing to support larger team if required
- Available immediately to start work and happy to commit to a three-month contract
In return:
You will be offered a competitive salary of up to £15 per hour which will be paid on a weekly basis. On top of this you will accrue holiday pay. Free parking is available and there are excellent facilities onsite. Working hours are flexible, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week. Immediate start!
